Collection from your site
We will send 2 operatives in a vehicle that meets your collection requirements with suitable moving equipment to collect all of your electrical waste from your designated collection point (s). We will provide you with a collection note, waste transfer note (Duty of care) and a hazardous waste consignment note (Subject to requirements). Collection Services

Sorting Process
Once items have been brought back to base, they will be sorted and segregated. Whilst this process is taking place, each and every item will be listed for your audit trail.

Data Destruction Process
Once items have been segregated, all data carrying devices such as hard drives, tapes, cd roms, etc will be listed and sent to our industrial guillotine. There, they will be completely destroyed using our unique machinery. Data recovery will be an impossibility. Once destroyed, the raw materials will be recycled. Secure Data Destruction

Audit Trail
All items listed from your collection will be placed on a redundant stock list and sent to you along with other certification. A separate inventory of hard drives destroyed will also be provided with this. Full Audit Trial & Track Back System

Dismantling
All items that require physically dismantling will be sent to our dismantling depot where they will have all the raw materials extracted to be sent away for re-use in manufacturing new products.

Document preparation
Once all the physical work has been completed, our admin team will prepare your full audit trail, certificate of recycling, environment certificate, etc. We will then send them to you by post and/or e-mail.

Management information
Once posting to the customer, we keep all information on our system indefinitely. Should you require any information in the future, we are just a phone call or e-mail away.
